Fizza Surgical International is a second-generation, family-owned manufacturer based in Sialkot — the cluster that supplies a large share of the world's reusable surgical instruments. Everything ships from one accountable facility: die forging, milling, heat treatment, hand grinding, laser marking, passivation and final inspection.
Our export team works daily with hospital groups, dental laboratories, veterinary wholesalers and private-label brands, so we understand the practical detail buyers care about — tolerance sheets, steel certificates, sterilisation compatibility, labelling artwork and customs paperwork.
From single-tray hospital replenishments to container-level distributor programmes, we build the same discipline into every order.
Our own forging dies, grinding lines and polishing cells. No brokered production, so quality issues are fixed at source — not renegotiated.
Hardness, tip alignment, jaw closure, ratchet function and surface finish are checked at four in-process gates plus a final AQL inspection.
Stock patterns dispatch in 7–10 working days; custom and OEM builds in 10–20. Rush production available for emergency tenders.
Laser-marked logos, custom catalogue numbers, ring colour coding, blister or pouch packing and branded cartons from 300 units per pattern.
Technical files, declarations of conformity, UDI data, IFU artwork and steel certificates prepared to support your market registration.
A single export executive owns your enquiry from sampling to after-sales — no ticket queues, and replies within one business day.
Full technical listings with pattern names, sizes, steel grades and catalogue numbers — everything your procurement or tender team needs to specify with confidence.
Compliance is documented, not claimed. Certificates, scope statements and audit dates are available on request for tender submissions.
Over 2,000 new patterns released across veterinary, beauty and plastic surgery lines — all produced at our Sialkot facility under the same ISO 13485 controls.

Reusable cutting and clamping instruments are forged from German-grade AISI 410, 420 and 440 martensitic stainless steel, hardened and tempered for edge retention. Holloware, trays and sterilising drums use AISI 304 and 316 austenitic stainless steel for corrosion resistance in autoclave cycles. Tungsten carbide inserts are brazed into needle holders and scissors on request.
Private label production starts at 300 units per pattern. That includes laser-marked logos, your own catalogue numbers, colour-coded rings, pouch or blister packing and branded cartons. Mixed-pattern programmes can be combined to reach the run size for smaller distributors.
Yes. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, and reusable instruments are CE marked as Class I devices under EU MDR 2017/745 with EUDAMED registration. Our facility also holds FDA establishment registration 3019842214. Certificates and declarations of conformity are supplied with each shipment.
Stock patterns leave the factory in 7–10 working days. Custom, OEM and large tender orders are produced and dispatched within 10–20 working days. We ship by DHL, FedEx, air freight or sea freight and issue the full document set — invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and declaration of conformity.
Yes. Distributors, hospital buyers and OEM brands can request evaluation samples so surgeons can test balance, jaw closure and edge quality, and your CSSD team can validate sterilisation before you commit to a production run.
We regularly support public tenders in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. Our team prepares technical files, UDI data, material certificates, IFU artwork, sterilisation guidance and instrument specification sheets to match tender annexes.
